Our little family-run crew (sometimes including Grandpa himself) will be happy to help with anything you need—questions, order issues, or just to share a sweet story about your pet. We read everything.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship wherever your pets (or memories of them) live. 🌍
Just note that delivery times may vary depending on where you are.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to get orders out fast—so if you need to make a change or cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, your order’s probably already moving, but you can still return it after delivery for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), plus PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday to Friday (no weekend shipping—Grandpa needs his rest).
Orders usually go out within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number once it ships.
Please allow a little extra time around holidays or big sales—we’re a small team, but we move quick.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times can vary depending on where you are, but most orders arrive within:

What if I don’t receive my order?
If it’s been 30 days since your item shipped and it still hasn’t arrived, reach out.
We’ll make it right or issue a full refund. No stress, no drama.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are in USD and do not include local duties or taxes.
Depending on where you live, your country may charge customs fees or VAT when the package arrives.
These fees are out of our control and paid directly to your local customs office—please check with them if you're unsure.
How do I return an item?
Easy. Just email us at shopawcrafted@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll get it handled.
You’ve got 14 days from when your slippers arrive to start a return or exchange.
What if I got the wrong item, or mine arrived damaged?
That’s on us.
If anything’s wrong with your order—defective, incorrect, missing—email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it fast.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return (or approve your cancellation), we’ll refund you back to your original payment method.
This usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
